What to include
If you are writing about an existing order, send the phone number or email address you ordered with — that is how we look an order up. For a damaged or disappointing box, a photograph helps more than a description, and it lets us sort it out in one reply instead of three.

When you will hear back
We answer within a day for most of the year. During peak harvest, roughly mid-April to late June, replies can take a little longer because the same people packing boxes are the ones reading email. If something is urgent about a delivery in progress, say so in the subject line and we will pick it out.
Season updates, dispatch notes and buying guides go out on our blog rather than by newsletter.
