What we collect, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you place an order we ask for your name, phone number, delivery address, and the quantity you want. An email address is optional; we use it to send your order confirmation. We do not collect payment card details on this site.

When you look up a past order, we match the phone number or email address you enter against the orders we already hold. We do not create an account for you or ask you to set a password.

Like most websites, we also receive standard analytics about visits — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser — through Google Analytics, which sets cookies in your browser.

Why we collect it

Your name, phone number and address exist so that a box can be packed and delivered to you, and so that we can reach you if something about the delivery changes. Your email, if you give it, is used to confirm the order. Analytics tells us which pages people actually read, which is how we decide what to write next.

We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who else handles it

Running the site means a handful of service providers process this data on our behalf:

• Supabase — stores the order records in a hosted database.
• Vercel — hosts and serves this website.
• Resend — delivers the order confirmation email to you and the order notification to us.
• Google Analytics — measures site usage.
• Delivery partners — receive your name, address and phone number, because that is what a parcel needs to arrive.

Beyond these, the only people who see your order are members of the family who run the farm. Access to the order dashboard is restricted to those accounts.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them to run the farm business and meet our record-keeping obligations. That is what lets us answer questions about an order from a previous season and honour repeat customers.

If you would rather we did not, say so and we will delete your records.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email kasliwal.abhilash@gmail.com from the address or about the phone number you ordered with, and we will confirm once it is done.

You can block or delete analytics cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out browser add-on. Nothing on this site stops working if you do.
